On Starter and Pro, subscribed Excel exports, MCP and REST API use the same contact balance. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid month.

For €30 more per month, Pro gives you twice as many included contacts and extra contacts at a third less than Starter.

What does the free trial include?
The free trial costs €0, includes 50 contacts per month for one month, and gives you browser search, Excel downloads and MCP access without requiring a credit card.
What do Starter and Pro include?
Starter costs €49/month and includes 500 contacts/month with prepaid top-ups at €0.12/contact. Pro costs €79/month and includes 1,000 contacts/month with prepaid top-ups at €0.08/contact. Both include browser search, subscribed Excel exports, MCP access, and REST API access. Direct HubSpot and Pipedrive CRM integrations are included with Pro only.
Can I cancel my Starter or Pro subscription at any time?
No notice period — cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid month.
What is the one-time purchase option?
One-time Excel purchases cost €0.20/contact with a €20 minimum per order, require no subscription, and do not consume or add subscription balance.
Can I use the same plan for browser search and MCP?
Yes. Starter and Pro use one shared balance across subscribed Excel exports, MCP usage, and REST API usage.
How do the contact balance and extra contacts work?
Subscribed Excel exports, MCP calls and REST API calls use the same contact balance. Monthly included contacts are used first, followed by extra contacts purchased in advance. Extra contacts cost €0.12/contact on Starter and €0.08/contact on Pro (+ VAT). One-time purchases are separate and do not affect your subscription balance.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices for paid options exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is calculated at checkout using verified company and billing details.
What does the downloaded file include and how long is it available?
The downloaded file includes these fields: First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, Phone, Company, Company Phone, Company Address, Company ZIP, Country, Region, City, Website, Industry, Webshop status, Webshop platform, Target market, Turnover (k€), Profit (k€), Personnel, Business ID, Country code, NordicContacts person ID, and NordicContacts company ID. The download is available for 7 days from purchase.
