Service description

Vine Oy provides B2B contact data through the NordicContacts service in Excel format for corporate marketing use. Company information is sourced from various official registries. Contact information is sourced from official registries and cached from the companies' own websites.

Service availability

The service is intended for businesses established in EU countries, Norway, Liechtenstein or Switzerland whose details can be verified automatically through the registries we use. A valid VAT ID is required in every supported country. Customers must provide accurate company and billing details and report material changes. Users must act on behalf of the stated company. The service is purchased for that company's own use at its stated place of establishment. Access to contact data and new purchases require successful automatic company and VAT verification. The service is not currently available to businesses established in other countries.

Payment and refunds

Payment is charged at the time of order. Since data is delivered immediately as download links, refunds are generally not available. Technical errors are handled case by case.

Data use

The data may only be used for the customer's own lawful B2B sales and marketing relevant to the recipient's professional role or company and the product or service offered by the customer. The customer acts as controller for its own processing and is responsible for applicable data protection and marketing rules, transparency obligations, objections and marketing opt-outs. Consumer marketing, irrelevant mass messaging, resale and disclosure for others' independent use are prohibited. The customer may use CRM and other service providers acting on its behalf with appropriate agreements and safeguards. The customer is also responsible for the lawfulness of any resulting international transfers.

Governing law

Finnish law applies. Disputes are handled by the Helsinki District Court.
