Set up NordicContacts with HubSpot
Connect your HubSpot account to send a purchased NordicContacts contact list to HubSpot contacts and companies. This guide covers connecting, exporting, checking the results and disconnecting. The integration does not send marketing emails or continuously sync your CRM.
Before you start
You need a verified NordicContacts account with an active Pro subscription and a HubSpot account whose user can authorize contact, company, property and static-segment access. A free trial alone does not enable direct CRM exports. Have an eligible, unexpired purchased order ready for the export step. HubSpot permissions and account limits can prevent setup; ask your HubSpot administrator if authorization fails.

1. Create and verify your account
Register with your work email and company VAT ID, then follow the email verification link. If you already have an account, sign in instead. Activate the NordicContacts Pro subscription before connecting HubSpot.
2. Start the connection in NordicContacts
Open Account → Integrations and select Connect for HubSpot. Always start here while signed in to NordicContacts; the connection needs to be linked to your account. Do not start with a standalone HubSpot installation link.
3. Approve access in HubSpot
Choose the intended HubSpot account and review the requested permissions for contacts, companies, properties and static segments. After approval you return to NordicContacts. Connection setup may add NordicContacts identity properties in HubSpot. Confirm that the connected account is the correct one before exporting.
4. Purchase the target group
Build a target group and complete an order. The export uses the exact purchased contact snapshot, not a new search. An older order without a complete supported snapshot or an expired download entitlement cannot start a new CRM export. Review your account exclusion list before confirming.
5. Preview and confirm the export
On the order completion page or Account → Orders, choose HubSpot, read the eligibility preview and edit the export name. The preview estimates eligible and skipped records; final CRM matches can differ. Contacts with a usable work email or personal phone can be included. Confirm to start the job; retrying the same order does not buy or recreate a new contact set.
6. Check the result in both systems
Review counts, skipped reasons and any retryable failures in NordicContacts export history. In HubSpot, find eligible new and matched existing contacts in the named static contact segment. Only companies created by this export join the separate company segment. If a job needs review or retry, use its report rather than starting a new order.
How existing records are treated
The exporter matches existing contacts by saved destination ID or exact email and does not overwrite their fields or change their company association; eligible matches can join this export's contact segment. New contacts can be linked to a reliably matched or newly created company. Ambiguous or unsafe matches are skipped. The export report covers the purchased selection, including excluded and skipped records, while segments contain only eligible records.
What the integration does not do
This is a one-time export of a purchased snapshot, not ongoing enrichment, a scheduled refresh or inbound CRM sync. It does not grant marketing consent, change subscriptions or send campaigns. Existing customer workflows may react to newly created CRM records; review them before exporting. Disconnecting does not remove previously created records or segments.
If the connection or export fails
If HubSpot refuses authorization or setup, ask an administrator to check contact, company, property and static-segment permissions and available limits, then reconnect. For an expired connection, reconnect the same HubSpot account. For a partial export, inspect the item outcomes; retry only safe unfinished work. Do not repeatedly create a new export for uncertain results. A different HubSpot account requires an explicit account switch.
Disconnect HubSpot
In Account → Integrations, select Disconnect next to HubSpot and confirm. This stops future exports through that connection and clears its credentials in NordicContacts. Contacts, companies and segments already created in HubSpot remain there; review them separately in HubSpot if you no longer need them.
Uninstall the app from HubSpot
You can also uninstall NordicContacts in HubSpot under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. Disconnect in NordicContacts too so its saved credentials cannot be used. Uninstalling does not undo records or segments created by earlier exports; review those in HubSpot separately.
