# NordicContacts

> NordicContacts provides Nordic B2B company and decision-maker contact data for revenue teams and AI agents.

## Service facts

- Data coverage is Finland, Sweden and Estonia. The dataset does not cover Norway or Denmark.
- Every delivered contact has a work email address, a phone number, or both.
- The web application offers a free, limited preview; it does not reveal complete contact details.
- MCP discovery, taxonomy, count and service-information tools do not consume balance. A completed metered retrieval call costs at least one unit, even when no matches are returned.
- The MCP server returns data. It does not create files, send emails or update CRM records. An AI assistant may create a file from returned data using its own capabilities.
- NordicContacts' own Excel export is available in the web application. Subscription Excel exports, MCP and REST API usage share the same balance; one-time Excel purchases are separate and do not include MCP access.
- The quality rule concerns source observations within the past three months. It is not an email delivery guarantee. Current results and scope are published on the data-quality page.
- Customer registration is available to companies established in EU countries, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Customer eligibility is separate from dataset coverage.
- NordicContacts processes personal data within the EU/EEA. A customer's external AI or CRM provider may process exported data outside the EU/EEA.

- Sweden: ~706,439 companies, ~268,364 decision-maker contacts
- Estonia: ~339,602 companies, ~20,347 decision-maker contacts
- Total: ~1,540,016 companies, ~552,541 contacts

A contact is valid (reachable) when it has a verified email (non-bounced, non-generated) or a direct phone number.
Data is updated continuously from public business registries and professional profiles.

## MCP tools (17 tools)

Discovery and count tools are free. Retrieval tools consume the shared subscription balance, with a minimum of 1 unit per completed call. MCP access is included with the free trial, Starter and Pro. The MCP server is read-only: it does not create Excel files or update CRM records.

- find_contact_by_email — resolve a single contact from a known email address
- find_companies — search companies by business ID, domain or name; returns ambiguity metadata
- resolve_company_by_domain — resolve a company from its website domain (fastest lookup)

### Contact retrieval
- list_company_contacts — paginated contacts for a specific company; filter by email / phone / both

### Taxonomy lookups (use these to discover filter IDs)
- list_countries — country IDs for countryId filter
- list_industry_groups — high-level industry group IDs
